Onigirazu (おにぎらず) is a new way of enjoying Onigiri (Rice bowl).
There are many filling to enjoy this dish, but my personal favourite is put Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ meat) in it!!
The beef and egg, and my special yummy sauce is truly amazing! I ate this like 2-3 just by myself. You just can't have enough!

[Storage] Broth: 3-4days in a fridge. Or 1 month in a freezer

-Sliced Rib eye or chuck
-Short grain rice
-Egg
-Cheddar cheese
-Nori sheet
(The sauce 3-4serves)
-Kombu (Dried kelp) 1g
-Water 150ml
-Apple 200g
-Garlic 10g (as peeled)
-Ginger 5g (as peeled)
-Sugar 1tbsp (15g)
-Sake 3tbsp (45ml)
-Honey 1tbsp (20g)
-Soy sauce 5tbsp (75ml)
-Sesame oil 1tbsp (15ml)

-Water 5.3oz
-Apple 7oz
-Garlic 0.35oz (as peeled)
-Ginger 0.2oz (as peeled)
-Sugar 1tbsp (0.5oz)
-Sake 3tbsp (1.6oz)
-Honey 1tbsp (0.7oz)
-Soy sauce 5tbsp (2.6oz)
-Sesame 1 tbsp (0.3oz)
-Sesame oil 1tbsp (1oz)

[Instruction]
[Chapter1:Japanese BBQ sauce]
Soak water and kombu 1hr
Grate the veggies
Put everything in a pan
Add sake, sugar. Boil on medium heat
Add honey. Reduce to 1/4
Add soy sauce and sesame oil
Boil again, done
Chill completely before use
[Chapter2: Fried Egg]
Hot pan, vege oil, low heat
Egg in. Salt pepper. Lid on.
Steam 1-2 mins
Set aside once it's cooked
[Chapter3: Cook meat]
Smoking hot pan. High heat. meat in
Salt pepper. Get colour
Flip. Only cook few seconds
Set aside
