Easy Rice Cooker Chicken Teriyaki that needs NO Cooking

-Chicken thigh cutlet 800g
-Salt 4g (0.5% of chicken)
-Green onion 40g
-Garlic 10g (as peeled)
-Ginger 5g (as peeled)
-Soy sauce 60ml (4tbsp)
-Kombu 2g (Or MSG 1g)
-Mirin 90ml (6tbsp)
-Sake 30ml (2tbsp)
-Sugar 5g (1tsp)
-Water 45ml (3tbsp)
-Corn flour 9g (3tsp)
[Ingredients] (OUNCE)
-Chicken thigh cutlet 28.22oz (1.76lb)
-Salt 0.14oz (0.5% of chicken)
-Green onion 1.41oz
-Garlic 0.35oz (as peeled)
-Ginger 0.18oz (as peeled)
-Soy sauce 2.12oz (4tbsp)
-Kombu 0.07oz (Or MSG 0.04oz)
-Mirin 3.17oz (6tbsp)
-Sake 1.06oz (2tbsp)
-Sugar 0.18oz (1tsp)
-Water 1.59oz (3tbsp)
-Corn flour 0.32oz (3tsp)
[Instruction]
Wipe the chicken with paper towel.
Sprinkle salt on the chicken, and massage well.
Roughly crush Garlic, and grate it.
Cut and Peel ginger, and grate it.
Roughly break Green onion.
Put all the ingredients into the rice cooker
Give it a mix and cook on quick mode
Once it's ready, remove fat, and rest few mins
