As I'm a fully qualified chef in Australia, Japanese cuisine isn't the only one type of food I can cook.

In my past few decades of career, I have worked with many chefs who had different background, and learnt many things from them.


This channel "CHEF'S LABO Fun Recipes" is my another place to share and archive my recipes.

As I get better as a video creator, I found that archiving recipe video is much better than keeping word base recipes.

So my channels are actually also for me to keep my favourite recipes that I don't want to forget. (And you can see it too!! It's win-win!!)
