To protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution, your registered email address (and/or unique transaction identifier) will be dynamically watermarked on the pages of your downloaded PDF/digital book. Attempting to remove, obscure, or alter this watermark is a direct violation of these terms and copyright law. Any leaked files bearing your watermark will be traced back to your purchase, and legal action may be pursued.
 
5. No Refund Policy & Statutory Right Waiver
Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the digital product purchase is completed. If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing a statutory right of withdrawal, by completing your purchase and downloading the digital product immediately, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and consent to waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

CHEF'S LABO and its owner and operator, Takuya Iwamoto, are not liable for any domestic accidents, injuries, or illness (such as burns, cuts, or foodborne illness) resulting from the execution of our recipes.​

Regarding questions posted in the comment section of our YouTube videos, due to YouTube's system specifications, comments from accounts that we have blocked (or may block in the future) are hidden from our channel and will not be displayed to us. Consequently, we are unable to respond to such comments. Furthermore, we will not disclose or respond to any inquiries regarding our criteria for blocking users or the reasons for individual moderation actions.
