1. License & Personal Use Only Upon purchase, Takuya Iwamoto (the owner and operator of CHEF'S LABO) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable limited license to download and view the digital content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
    

2. Prohibition of Piracy, Sharing, and Resale You strictly agree NOT to:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, share, lend, or transfer the digital file to any third party.

• Upload the digital file or its contents to any public website, file-sharing platform, cloud storage, or social media.

• Engage in group buying or multi-user sharing of a single purchase.

• Copy, modify, edit, or create derivative works from any part of the content.

• Use any content for training artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models.

Digital Watermarking & Security Measures To protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution, your registered email address (and/or unique transaction identifier) will be dynamically watermarked on the pages of your downloaded PDF/digital book. Attempting to remove, obscure, or alter this watermark is a direct violation of these terms and copyright law. Any leaked files bearing your watermark will be traced back to your purchase, and legal action may be pursued.
    

2. No Refund Policy & Statutory Right Waiver Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the digital product purchase is completed. If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing a statutory right of withdrawal, by completing your purchase and downloading the digital product immediately, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and consent to waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
    

3. Food Safety, Allergy & Cooking Disclaimer All recipes and culinary content provided by CHEF'S LABO are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: You are solely responsible for checking all ingredients against your personal health requirements, food allergies, or intolerances before preparing or consuming any recipe.

• Food Safety & Handling: You are responsible for practicing safe food handling, proper storage, and cooking ingredients to correct internal temperatures.

• Kitchen Safety: You assume full responsibility for your safety while handling kitchen tools, sharp equipment, heat sources, and hot oil. CHEF'S LABO and its owner and operator, Takuya Iwamoto, are not liable for any domestic accidents, injuries, or illness (such as burns, cuts, or foodborne illness) resulting from the execution of our recipes.

• Variations in Results: Cooking results may vary based on individual skills, equipment, ingredient brands, and kitchen conditions.

Copyright & Intellectual Property All content, including text, recipes, images, designs, and logos within the digital products, on this website, and on the official YouTube channel "CHEF'S LABO", are the exclusive property of Takuya Iwamoto (the owner and operator of CHEF'S LABO) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Takuya Iwamoto or CHEF'S LABO be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the digital products. In any event, our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product purchased.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in that jurisdiction.
