-Silken Tofu 150g
-Green onion (White part) 10g

[Chapter 1 : Carrot Salad]
Grate carrot
Mix everything else
Add the carrot to the dressing, and serve
[Chapter 2 : Tofu with Spicy sauce]
Cut Tofu to your liking, set aside
For the sauce, mince green onion
With the onion, add Sesame, garlic, ginger, chilli
Heat Sesame oil on a pan until smoking hot
Add it to the veggies. Give it a mix
Add soy sauce. Mix again
Pour onto Tofu, serve
It's also nice to wrap it with Nori like Sushi roll
[Chapter 3 : Pickled Cucumber]
Press cucumber to crush inside a little bit
Cut it into small chunks.
Add a pinch of salt
Massage, then put in a bag
Add the Spicy sauce from Tofu recipe
Cut Nori sheet finely, then add it
Massage, then serve
[Chapter 4 : Warm Cabbage salad]
Slice cabbage finely
Massage with salt
Put in a container. Add butter
Microwave for 3 mins
Add soy sauce, give it a mix, serve

Cut tomato into wedges
Mix everything else in a bowl
Add tomato, toss it together, serve
