[Carrot Salad]

-Carrot 150g

-Japanese mayo 1tbsp (16g)

-Rice vinegar 1tsp (5ml)

-Sugar 1/2tsp (2.5g)

-Salt 1/4tsp (1.25g)

-Soy sauce 1/2tsp (7.5ml)


[Spicy Tofu]

-Silken Tofu 150g

-Green onion (White part) 10g

-Toasted white sesame 1/2tsp (7g)

-Garlic 1/2tsp (4g)

-Ginger 1/2tsp (4g)

-Chilli 1/2tsp (4g)

-Sesame oil 1tbsp (15ml)

-Soy sauce 1tsp (5ml)


[Pickled cucumber]

-Cucumber 130g

-A pinch of salt

-Spicy sauce from Tofu recipe 1tbsp (20g)

-Nori 1/2sheet


[Cabbage salad]

-Cabbage 200g

-Salt 1/4tsp (1.25g)

-Unsalted butter 15g

-Soy sauce 1/2tsp (2.5ml)


[Marinated Tomato]

-Tomato 100g

-Garlic 1/4tsp (2g)

-Sugar 1/2tsp (2.5g)

-Rice vinegar 1tsp (5ml)

-Soy sauce 1tsp (5ml)

-Light olive oil 1/2tsp (2.5ml)

*or grapeseed oil

[Carrot Salad]

-Carrot 5.29oz

-Japanese mayo 1tbsp (0.56oz)

-Rice vinegar 1tsp (0.18oz)

-Sugar 1/2tsp (0.09oz)

-Salt 1/4tsp (0.04oz)

-Soy sauce 1/2tsp (0.26oz)


[Spicy Tofu]

-Silken Tofu 5.29oz

-Green onion (White part) 0.35oz

-Toasted white sesame 1/2tsp (0.25oz)

-Garlic 1/2tsp (0.14oz)

-Ginger 1/2tsp (0.14oz)

-Chilli 1/2tsp (0.14oz)

-Sesame oil 1tbsp (0.53oz)

-Soy sauce 1tsp (0.18oz)


[Pickled cucumber]

-Cucumber 4.59oz

-A pinch of salt

-Spicy sauce from Tofu recipe 1tbsp (0.71oz)

-Nori 1/2sheet


[Cabbage salad]

-Cabbage (7.05oz)

-Salt 1/4tsp (0.04oz)

-Unsalted butter 0.53oz

-Soy sauce 1/2tsp (0.09oz)


[Marinated Tomato]

-Tomato 3.53oz

-Garlic 1/4tsp (0.07oz)

-Sugar 1/2tsp (0.09oz)

-Rice vinegar 1tsp (0.18oz)

-Soy sauce 1tsp (0.18oz)

-Light olive oil 1/2tsp (0.09oz)

*or grapeseed oil

[Instruction]


[Chapter 1 : Carrot Salad]

  1. Grate carrot

  2. Mix everything else

  3. Add the carrot to the dressing, and serve


[Chapter 2 : Tofu with Spicy sauce]

  1. Cut Tofu to your liking, set aside

  2. For the sauce, mince green onion

  3. With the onion, add Sesame, garlic, ginger, chilli

  4. Heat Sesame oil on a pan until smoking hot

  5. Add it to the veggies. Give it a mix

  6. Add soy sauce. Mix again

  7. Pour onto Tofu, serve

  8. It's also nice to wrap it with Nori like Sushi roll


[Chapter 3 : Pickled Cucumber]

  1. Press cucumber to crush inside a little bit

  2. Cut it into small chunks.

  3. Add a pinch of salt

  4. Massage, then put in a bag

  5. Add the Spicy sauce from Tofu recipe

  6. Cut Nori sheet finely, then add it

  7. Massage, then serve


[Chapter 4 : Warm Cabbage salad]

  1. Slice cabbage finely

  2. Massage with salt

  3. Put in a container. Add butter

  4. Microwave for 3 mins

  5. Add soy sauce, give it a mix, serve


[Chapter 5 : Marinated Tomato]

  1. Cut tomato into wedges

  2. Mix everything else in a bowl

  3. Add tomato, toss it together, serve

  4. It's also nice to serve with mayonnaise
