-Garlic paste 1tsp (7g)
-Ginger paste 1tsp (7g)
-Chilli paste 1/2tsp (3g)

[Chapter 1 : Prepare Ingredients]
Cut cabbage into bite size
Slice pork belly into bite size
[Chapter 2 : Sauce]
Mix everything
[Chapter 3 : Garlic paste]
Mix everything
[Chapter 4 : Pre-cook pork]
Pour some boiled water in a pan, cook the pork in there for 10-20 seconds.
Strain, pat dry, set it aside.
[Chapter 5 : Stir fry part 1]
Heat a pan on medium high heat. pour some cooking il.
Once it's hot, put the pork. Add salt and pepper.
Give it a mix, and leave for about 1 min until it's coloured.
Flip it, then turn down to low heat.
[Chapter 6 : Stir fry part 2]
Add the garlic paste.
Fry 10-20 seconds. Once it's fragrant, add cabbage.
Season with salt and pepper. fry 1-2mins.
Once it starts to become soft, add Sake.
Give it a mix for 10-20 seconds (to burn off the alcohol)
Add the sauce. Fry 10-20 seconds.
Serve with rice (Short grain rice is highly recommended).
